Patient Information
Emergencies: if you are experiencing a medical emergency, go to the nearest hospital or emergency room. However, contact us as soon as possible so that we may assist in your medical care.
Hospitals: we routinely admin and care for patients at Trumbull Memorial Hospital and St Joseph’s Health Center. Please feel welcome to share your hospital preference with us. We also perform outpatient surgical procedures at The Center for Surgery, Howland, Ltd. and The Center for Surgery at Trumbull Memorial.
Insurance: we participate in most major insurance plans and will submit claims on your behalf. If you have questions about a particular plan, please call our billing office.
Payment Policy: payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Our staff will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
A special note regarding preventitive health maintenance exams. Not all insurance plans will pay for routine exams or annual visits unless a medical problem is present. Check with your insurance company to determine if they pay a portion of the office visit if you are having a medical problem. Feel free to speak with someone from our staff about any questions you have.
